everyone at Fancy Pants hopes you love your new purchase. however, we will gladly issue store credit for returns of full priced items. all items returned for store credit must meet the following criteria:

• Item(s) must have been purchased at FULL PRICE.

• Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of purchase.

• Item(s) must be in the original condition with the original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and with no evidence of stains or smells, including deodorant, perfume, smoke, and pet odors.

• Returned item(s) must include the original sales receipt.

• Any returned item(s) that does not meet above criteria will be deemed non-returnable and held for 14 days after notification to the purchaser. After 14 days, the item will be donated to charity if not collected by purchaser.

• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. All return shipments must have a tracking number for your protection. In the event of non-returnable item(s), purchaser is responsible for costs associated with
